Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon coupé en grosses lamelles, laisser dorer 2 à 3 min. Réserver.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8848-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Ajouter le restant d&rsquo;huile dans la cocotte et faire dorer la viande des 2 côtés. Mettre de côté.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8848-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Déglacer la cocotte avec 1/3 du bouillon, ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail entières, frotter pour décollez les sucs.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8848-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Ajouter la palette, les oignons et le reste du bouillon. Ajouter le thym et le romarin.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8848-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Couvrir la cocotte et enfourner pour 1h 15. Une fois ce temps de cuisson écoulé, ajouter les carottes coupées en épaisses rondelles et les pommes de terre en quartiers. Poursuivre la cuisson 1 h 15. Les légumes et la viande doivent être tendres.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8848-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Retirer du four et attendre 15 min avant de servir.</div></li></ul></div></div>
